This Privacy Policy explains how Oversine, Inc. (“Versine,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the Versine app, website at versine.com, API, MCP server and related software (the “Services”). It also covers people who receive a payment through a Versine claim link without creating an account.

2. What we do not collect or hold
- Biometrics. Face ID and Touch ID are handled entirely by your device. We never receive your face or fingerprint data.
- Private keys. Your passkey’s private key stays in your device’s keychain. We store only its public key, which cannot be used to move funds.
- Your funds. Your balance is held in your own self-custodial wallet, not by Versine.
- Full card numbers. Card, Apple Pay and bank purchases are processed by Stripe or Coinbase; we do not receive full card numbers or bank login credentials.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and run your account, and let you sign in.
- Pass identity verification information to Bridge so it can verify your identity, as required to send payments.
- Set up deposits, payments, claim links and payment rules, and show you their status.
- Let Agents you connect request and make payments within the permissions you grant.
- Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and prohibited uses.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Provide support and send service messages, such as payment confirmations and security alerts.
- Improve the Services and understand how they are used.
- Send product updates, if you have not opted out.
We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.
5. Blockchain data is public
Your wallet address and its transactions (amounts, times and the addresses involved) are recorded on the Base blockchain. Anyone can see this data, and it cannot be changed or deleted, by us or anyone else. We do not publish your name or bank details on the blockchain, but someone who knows your wallet address may be able to see your wallet’s balance and transaction history.
6. Retention and security
Retention. We keep information for as long as your account is open and as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account, we keep some information for as long as required by law or by our providers’ obligations, to resolve disputes, and to prevent fraud. We generally keep transaction and identity verification records for 5 years after your account closes. Information recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted.
Security. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. We send your Social Security number and any ID documents directly to Bridge for verification and do not keep a copy. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and update. You can view and update your account information in the app.
- Delete your account. You can ask us to delete your account. We will delete or de-identify your information, except what we must keep by law, for fraud prevention, or because it is recorded on the blockchain.
- Marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails using the link in each email. We will still send service messages.
- Agents. You can disconnect any Agent at any time, which stops it from receiving your information.
- Device permissions. You can manage notification and other permissions in your device settings.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and share; to access, correct or delete it; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email privacy@versine.com. We will verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent. Some financial information may be covered by federal financial privacy law instead of state privacy laws.
8. Children, changes and contact
Children. The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes. We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
