Refund Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains when Oversine, Inc. (“Versine,” “we” or “us”) refunds money you add to your Versine balance, and how to ask for a refund. It covers money you add through our payment partner Coinflow, by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. Money you add through Coinbase or Stripe follows that provider’s terms (see Section 5 of our Terms of Service).
1. Money you add is final once it arrives
A top-up is final once the money reaches your Versine balance. The money is then in your own balance: you can send it to people, or pay it out to your bank account (standard payouts are free).
2. When we refund
We refund a top-up to the payment method you used when:
- The money never reached your balance. For example, you were charged but the top-up did not complete.
- The charge was a mistake. You were charged twice for the same top-up, or charged a different amount from the one you approved.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@versine.com within 60 days of the charge. Send it from the email address on your Versine account, and include the date and amount of the charge.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- If we approve the refund, we send it back to your original payment method through Coinflow within 5 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer can take another 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
5. Bank payouts that fail or are returned
If a payout to a bank account fails or the bank returns it, Bridge refunds the money to your Versine balance automatically.
